The closing rank of the top 10 IITs has for SC Category are less than 2004 rank for any branch.

The closing rank for the other remaining IITs for SC Category are less than 2971 rank for any branch..

Every year the cutoff rank changes slightly.

There are very less chance for you to get a seat into any of the IIT in any branch.

You can get a seat in any of the NIT but IIT is really tough to get in for you with this rank.
