my Jee main rank is 211000 and Jee advance rank is 3210 in SC Category what college can i get. either IIT or NIT.

According to last year JEE Advanced 2018 cut off statistics, the closing rank for all the IITs for SC category is over 2500. So for 3210 SC rank in JEE Advanced, it may be a bit difficult for you to get an IIT. There is however a high chance to get an NIT. There is also no harm in applying for IITs in counselling.
