Referring to your queries, you didn't get any seat in josaa Counselling round 1 & 2
As it's only 2nd round 5 more rounds are remaining so wait for another 5 rounds
most probably you should alloted a seat in either 5th round or 7th round.
Because some of the student withdraw their seats at 6th round because they didn't get seat according to their preference/choice.
i'm also get an seat in 5th round in josaa councilling round and didn't get an seat till round 4.
so It's Humble request to wait for your remaining rounds.
you can get top NIT,s with this rank like MANIT or anything else.

This Is happening with you Because either you should not fill your choice form correctly, or your rank is not sufficient for that college.
you should also check the last year rank of that NIT's so that you can you can get idea about your queries
