Hello Rahul Kumar Ram,

Since there are few seats in the government colleges like Jadavpur University, Kalyani and Jalpaiguri Engineering College as well, naturally at your rank you are facing difficulty in getting these colleges. You should wait for the remaining rounds and spot round, if happens, you might get the colleges there.
