Hello there,
You have a very low score in NEET. With this marks it's very difficult for you to get a good private college for BDS. You may get a seat in some colleges under the Management Quota but the fees is too high. If you want to study BDS from a good college then it's better you drop an year and prepare for the next year. Else you can study other courses like BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, BSc Nursing and so on. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
