With a score of 450 in NEET it is unlikely to get a government medical college through the All India Quota for general and OBC categories. The cutoffs for these categories in AIQ are typically above 600 for MBBS. But for reserved categories like SC, ST candidates might have chances in some colleges with lower cutoffs

Other options you can consider if you want :-

BDS Programs :- Admission to BDS in government colleges might be possible through state quota counselling

You can go for Private colleges as the have lower cutoffs than government colleges and 450 should be sufficient for MBBS or BDS programs
