But as you are from Rajasthan and I am expecting you are from unreserved category so you can expect any college that you want in Rajasthan. But SMS college's expected cutoff for 2019 is expected to be 617 but you can try there as well. See you might be eligible for almost every government medical college this year. Choose the one which is more comfortable to you like while travelling it's close enough to your home comparatively and has a good surrounding as well. Sawai Maan Singh medical College Jaipur is expected to have 610 marks cutoff for NEEt this year so you can try for this college. You can also go for Dr. Sampurnand Medical college, Jodhpur even that's good and is predicted to have cutoff of 580 this year. 

I'll say you have done your work now wait for the ranks and merit lists to come out. Your HARDWORK has really paid off.  Once again congrats to you.

Dear Gupta, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverhless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 530
OBC: 523
SC: 397
ST: 385

With 613 marks, irrespective of your Category you have a fair chance at any Government Medical College in Rajasthan. Swami Mann Singh Medical College had a cut off 610 marks, so it is a close call there. But the rest of the colleges, you have a sure shot. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
