As you have mentioned that your neet score is 139 marks. Let me tell you that your scire is too less to get any course either in government or private medical college. If we look over cutoff the cutoff for bams and buns woukd be 450+ marks fir government medical colleges and 380+ to  400+ marks fir the private medical colleges. And if we look over previous year's cutoff trend for bams and bums you won't get any seat neither under state quota,  nor under all india quota. You might have scored higher to get a seat. Your chances of getting a seat are almost negligible.
