Yes you can apply for BDS from private medical college in banglore. As the cutoff to get admission in any college in India is as follows

Category	Cutoff percentile	Expected score
General	50th Percentile	701-134
OBC	40th Percentile	133-107
SC	40th Percentile	133-107
ST	40th Percentile	133-107

You can apply for private BDS college in banglore if you can afford as it would be very costly.
