According to the cutoff data of year 2017 of RGNLU Patiala a candidate got admission here with 1308 rank in round 2 and with AIR 1007 (4 round) and MNLU Mumbai's Cutoff mark was 127. While getting a seat at MNLU Mumbai looks little tough you may or may not get a seat at RGNLU chances are 50:50. But I am sure of you will get a seat in an NLU. I hope it helps.
