The cutoff for government medical college under state quota for SC category in 2018 was 256 marks and college alloted was PSG Institute of Medical Sciences Govt. Quota. The last SC candidate to get admission in government dental college had 535 marks and alloted college was Rajah Muthiah Dental College and Hospital, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar. The cutoff for government seats of private medical colleges in 2018 for SC category was 229 marks(Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Perambalur). The cutoff for management seats of private medical colleges was 105 marks(Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Chennai).
So, your chances of getting governmenr medical college are less beacuse of higher cutoff this year but you can get seat in government seat of private medical college as you have more chances there.

I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 294 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get any government or private medical college. I think that you should drop a year and appear in the examination again next year if you're determined to get a seat. I hops this information was helpful!
