Hello Sachin, 

Based on the information that you have provided, it wouldn't be possible for you to get an admission in a government college using the All India Quota. But, you should be able to get deemed college via the All India Quota Counselling, provided that you can afford it. But, if you can't, then I would suggest that you wait for the State Quota Counselling as you would be able to get a self financed college, or if not that, then you would surely be able to get a seat in a private college through the Management Quota.

If you want you can attend but it wouldn't be of any use specially if you are an open category student. A general category student needs to have a score above 600 to get government colleges in All India Counseling. However you may attend state level counseling, you can get private colleges.
