my score is 398 in NEET & rank is 130576, where i can get admission ?? for MBBS or BAMS , in govt or pvt

your score in NEET is not bad.Based upon your score and previous year cutoff you  only have chances to get an admission in private colleges and not in government colleges because in government colleges the minimum score needed to get an admission is 550 for unreserved category and your score is much less less than that.

since I do not know your region and quota , so I cannot specify the name of college where you can get admission .so kindly mention both in comments so that I can help you at my best.
