You won't be able to get IITs/NITs/IIITs/GFTIs.

So only state universities/Engineering colleges are left.

you can apply there .But still there also chances are less.

Either you can join private institution but i personally suggest you not to do so.

You can wait for next year entrance,you can join any company if you are placed or apply for offcampus jobs.
