So as per your rank your chances to get BAMS government colleges would be low despite of having good marks in NEET and that's the reality. But don't worry you may get BAMS colleges like:-

1) State Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Lucknow

2) Chhatrapati Shuahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur

3) Ayurved College and Hospital, Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwa Vidyalaya, Varanasi

These are fews BAMS in UP as per your suggested state where you can apply for as per last year trends.
