If you are lucky enough..Check last years cutoff for your respective field you will get enough information on it.If you want from prestigious one's it is very difficult as they have cutoff around 70 for general.

See this will also be dependent upon which branch. You have not provided any details like which GATE paper and which M.Tech programme. However you can refer to this article to check and see which IIT you may stand a chance of admissions.
