My score is 511 according to allen ans key in neet 2019.Can i will get selected in mbbs in sc category in govt college?

Hello Manisha , still cut off marks are not released for this year so you can make prediction on basis of last year cut off marks. As per last year cut off marks, students with 500+ marks got seat in government college. Even students in general category also got seat in government college. So for you , with 500+ marks it is easy to get government college.
