According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below but yes you can try for lower NITs like NIT Sikkim, NIT Agartala and likewise on the basis of your category rank :-

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors. On the bais of your percentile you are qualified for JEE-Advance so you can appear in JEE-Advance and if you clear it with good rank then you shall get top IITs.
