Hey Jeevan !
With a score of 402 and a competition which is too fierce, I wouldn't think that being a UR Category student, you stand a good chance of making it to a Govt. Medical College in order to pursue MBBS or BDS.
This year's Rank vs Marks were the sole feature which created a shock amongst the aspirants and with a score of 402, I would say that your AIR might cross even 1.1 lakhs.
At this rank, no Govt. College might offer you a seat but you do have a chance to look out for Private Medical Colleges whose closing ranks often extend beyond that.
