You did not mention your state, your profile shows Karnataka. As per last years cutoff, your sister have chances of getting a government medical seat using state quota under which 85% seats are reserved. So i will list some of them for you.

Your sister's score are good enough to get a government medical seat through OBC quota.As you have not mentioned your state so we can't exactly predict your college.But considering last years cutoff for OBC candidate 540 score in NEET will give you a government seat in your state through state level quota.
