In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
According to legal notice no medical seat can be filled with out qualifying neet, for this year minimum score 138, below this score can't get admission in any medical pathy or collage.

Actually, your sister did not pass the NEET exam because the minimum score required for open category candidates is 134. The NEET score is not as significant for admissions to ayurveda programmes as it is for medical school admissions, but you must have passed the exam and scored 50% in PCB to be considered for admission. For private BAMS colleges, you must first register with the college of your choice, after which you will be allowed to apply for admission; however, this will be difficult in your case.
