My younger sister got 400+ Marks in NEET is she able to get admission in biotechnology ???

Biotechnology is available as B. Sc. Biotechnology and B. Tech. Biotechnology. And NEET scores aren't required for any of these two degree courses. But if your sister wish to go with B. Tech. Biotechnology, she will have to appear for JEE, as that would be an engineering degree. For B. Sc. Biotech, most college do not have entrance tests and admissions are entirely based on marks obtained in Class 12.

Thus, in your sister's case, NEET marks won't count for getting admission to biotechnology.
