Hey Rohan Your sister has scored a good rank but if she is of the open category, there are very less chances of getting premier colleges of IPU. She might get colleges of lesset reputation. But if she belongs to Delhi, then she will definitely get a food college with this rank. Sheight get a good college in the spot counselling of she is of the open category. Hope this helps.
