Yes, your son is eligible for class 9 All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination  (AISSEE) in the year 2022. However he won't be eligible in year 2023. The eligibility criteria for AISSEE  clearly suggests that student's age should be between 13-15 years, as on March 31, 2022. Since his is over 15 in year 2023, he is eligible till the year 2022 for AISSEE .

With reference to you query, I am very glad to tell you that sainik entrance exam is conducted to given admission in class  6th and 9th . Students of age 10to12th and 13th to 15th are eligible for it . Your son will turn into 15years on 14april 2022 and they consider age before 31st march of that year . So your son is eligible for admission in 9th class by giving entrance

• AGE LIMIT : THE AGE OF  A STUDENT  SHOULD LIES BETWEEN  10-12 YEARS , AS ON MARCH 2022.

FOR CLASS 9TH

• AGE LIMIT : STUDENT SHOULD BE OF 13 TO 15 YEARS OLD , AS ON KARCH 31 ,2022 .
• EDUCATIONEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: STUDENTS WHO ARE IN CLASS 8TH ARE ELIGIBLE TO FILL THE APPLICATION. ALSO ,STUDENTS NEED TO PASS 8TH FROM A RECOGNIZED BOARD .

SAINIK SCHOOL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED :

1. DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
2. DOMICILE CERTIFICATE
3. CASTE CCERTIFICATE, IF ANY
4. INCOME CERTIFICATE
5. AADHAR CARD

ADMISSION IN SAINIK SCHOOL WILL BE GIVEN ON THE BASIS OF AISSEE 2022 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SCORES IN THE RELATED WRITTEN TEST & MEDICAL EXAM.

APPLICATION WILL BE FILLED THROUGH THE OFFICAL SITE OF AISSE , aissee.nta.nic.in .
