Hello,
He can expect some of the top NITs with his desired choice of branch like NIT DURGAPUR,BHOPAL,PATNA,etc.
Yes, VUT UNIVERSITY is a really nice college in terms of infrastructure,academics,placements,etc.You can consider that also as an option if you have secured a high rank.
