Hello Mr Rohit
As per tha rank that your son has acquired in the pessat exams he will ne able to get ME branch for sure,if you want CSE then you will have to just wait for it during counselling, if your luck is good you will definitely get the college.
And the for CSE pessat is better but Vit has all the core branch better.And placement wise Vit takes the lead.
