I am sorry to say but a rank of 4,51,482 is actually quite far from getting your son a medical seat in any of the medical college all over India. And being from UR Category, his chances of procuring a seat further lessened.
As far as the data of 2018 State Quota is concerned, the Closing Rank of KPC Medical College for the UR students was 30,920 and the same through Management Quota stood at 39,391.
So, you can clearly see that the closing rank seems to be well ahead of the rank secured by the candidate and under no circumstances, will that provide him with the seat.

Hello Biswajit !

As per his rank it is certain that he can't make it to any MBBS college neither of government private or deemed colleges accept such a low rank score.

He might be able to get admission into some private colleges with lower courses like BHMS BAMS BDS etc.
