My son has already given exam in january and instead of filling april form he just filled fresh form by mistake..plz help me out

Hello Puja,

In the case that you have mentioned your son's application as a fresh candidate will be cancelled and he will receive a notification regarding this from the authorities asking him to fill the form as a reappearing candidate. The notification would be through email or sms so ask him to keep an eye out for it.
