Dear Purbita, as long as you haven't paid the fees, the application doesn't stand valid. You must have submitted the new form with same credentials and hence the message said, you have already been registered. So, you either can ignore the new application form and not make any payment or upload any scanned images. Then it will stand null and void. In thus case, you can go ahead and continue applying using your old registration details.
