Tuition Fee Waver Scheme implemented by the HRD ministry applied to all colleges that are AICTE approved. Currently only 5% of the total seats are kept aside for TFWS candidates.  Also once a student enrolls in a course under TFWS then he is not allowed to change courses.  With 82% scored he will be eligible easily.

Please make a list of unaided diploma colleges that you would to apply and please visit them and make enquiries about all their process to be fulfilled. For example your income certificate must come from Taluk Office/Collectorate (Jan Seva Kendra). So you must understand the rules and the requirements so that the submission is without errors.

We could have recommended a few colleges but since we did not know your location we are unable to do.  Also note that hostel fees are not exempt under the scheme.
