My son is currently in class 8, in UAE. If he continue till class 12 there, can he claim seat in state quota or he must choose NRI?

He should choose NRI quota or foreign nationals quota for easy admission.

NRI fees is unaffordable, should he come back and study 9-12 class in India.He must get only government seat
