I have completed my 10+2 from foreign country (UAE) i have in uae for 8 years, but now i'm in INDIA, Do i fall under NRI category

Hi I am native of karnataka but my son studied 2 years in Maharashtra and 8 years in Sharjah UAE Can he eligible to write KCET

Hi
To be under the NRI category, you have to provide proof of residence in a foreign country.
Since you do not reside in any foreign country, you are no longer a NRI.
