Hello, yes your son can still apply even studying outdside tamil nadu for 2 years from now, The eligibility for the same is Candidates who are Tamil Nadu natives but have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI and XII standard or their equivalent examination from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They will have to enclose a copy of their nativity certificate only in electronic form/ digitally signed e-Certificate.
