So with regard to your query, to become a local for Telangana state for the purpose of TS EAMCET exam candidate must study the previous 4 (four) consecutive years in the state of Telangana this includes 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th.

And to become a local for Andhra Pradesh state for the purpose of APEAMCET exam candidate must study previous four consecutive years from the state of Andhra Pradesh and it includes 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
