Dear student

The caste certificate should be of delhi nct in your case as your cide of eligibility is delhi. There is a specific list of authorities that issue the caste certificate of a particular state. You could check the format for obc-ncl certificate and see to which authority you should approach for your caste certificate according to your domicile.
