There are 2 quotas under which a seat is provided in Medical College through Neet examination

* 15 % All India quota

*85 % state quota

*For 15% all India quota:- all the students are eligible irrespective of the state they hold the domicile of.

*For 85 % state:- you need to be domicile of that state.

So, yes you can definitely get admission in Medical College of other states even if you are from Punjab but you will be able to get admission under 15% all India quota for which cut off mark quite high and not under state quota
