As per your categorical rank here are some names you can take into consideration:-

Kongu Engineering College
VCEW
TCE

you can take admission in most of the colleges you want as your rank is in the range of every college where they accept TNEA.

You can get Sastra University with the rank. You have to wait until the last round of counselling and it depends on this year cutoff also. So better to keep security options too. Don't risk your career.
