You could have mentioned your All India Rank also. Last year for the state quota seats the last goverment college seat was alloted with a score os 429 in your OBC category with a a rank of around 56k. This year the cutoff will vary. So the cutoff will not remain same. I think your state rank is also high. The chances are not much of getting a seat in government college. But you can try and do hope for the best.
