With the rank you have scored and seeing the previous year cutoffs for this college and considering you General category it is impossible to get this college in any of the counselling rounds conducted by UPSEE. Cutoffs closes at 750 at max. in round 3.

However, if your category is ST you can get this college in Round 3 of the counselling according to the previous year cutoffs. Cutoffs has gone to 10000 also for ST category. But cutoffs changes every year.
