Please open your login and check upload document. If you upload 12th marksheet,10th certificate/mark-sheet and income certificate by up govt through jan sewa kendra not Income tax certificate. Check any mistake done by you or not. Then talk to help desk number and also write mail for your reference.

After uploading for 24 hours it says your documents are not verified but when verified it says you are not eligible for counselling on same place where document not verified notice was written

I have already check the same and send an email but get no reply and they are not picking my phone ..i tried a lot ...
