You can use the college predictor which is available online to know the colleges you might be eligible for according to your rank. The rank, category and preferred branches have to be entered in the predictor. List of colleges along with the compatibility status will be made available for the candidates. Sorry but as far as I know fee wavier scheme are for economically backward students. Every college have fee wavier seats but the cutoffs of fee wavier are very high if you want a fee wavier seat you might have to compromise with your choice of college and you have to sunmit your father's income certificate in order to avail the scheme.
