Hey Shruti,

Congratulations on qualifying UPSEE--2019. I assume You belong To OBC. So at 18405 It Is possible to get Government College and your quota will play a vital role. It will be hard for you to get CSE/IT in top government Colleges but easier to get Core Branches and I think you might get a government College in 2nd or 3rd round. Or wait till spot round as most times seats are vacant in most Gov. Colleges
