My upsee rank is 5431 in sc category can i get good government college or any good private college?

If this is your category rank, then it is difficult to get admission in government colleges. Your rank is quite high to procure seat in any of the government colleges. But you can try for good private colleges.

Congratulations on getting a good rank in UPSEE, ,  but your rank which is 5431 in SC category isn't enough to get you a good government college,  because there are very less good government colleges in UPTU,  so the cutoff is high, and your chances of getting a good college is close to negligible.

I would suggest you to approach the private colleges of UPTU,  that will be a better option.
