based on your rank it is quite difficult to get cse in jss noida as it closed at 1800 All india (other state ) rank,but you should definitely fill the application form and try your luck.

also fill sufficient choices in upsee counselling.

Sorry to say but you won't be able to get CS in JSS with a general rank of 35k and being an Other State candidate, you won't be able to get any branch in JSS Academy.
Though you would be able to get CS and other branches in other good private colleges in Delhi NCR region.
