You can only apply for TFW benefit if your Annual family income is very less and are unable bear college fees and expenses and are financially unstable.

The TFW scheme seat is given to candidates having less annual income and are financially unstable. Almost all private and government colleges offer seats for TFW.

If you are eligible and clear all criteria for getting a TFW seat in any college, then you can app for the TFW seat.

Getting TFW doesn't depends on your rank. It is given to all candidates who are financially unstable irrespective of their category.

So, if you pass all these criteria, then you can apply for the TFW seat. You just have to upload your income certificate for verification purpose and of you are eligible, you will get a TFW seat at a college.
