you can get only if you have reservation like ST or SC or any other. In general you can't get CSE. You can look for private college for CSE branch with categorrical reservation else you will get any branch in a private college.

You can get admission for sure but may not get CSE. You can look for IT branch as CSE and IT both resembles with a bit exceptions.
