sir can i get the new AIIMS introduced in this year like aiims telengana,gorakpur,kalyani,bhatinda,rae bareli,deogarh

It is difficult to get a seat in AIIMS with this rank. Even if you will manage to be selected for counselling , getting a seat would be difficult. According to last year's data , the closing rank was 1353 for AIIMS Guntur. And your rank has much difference with this rank. So , it is very difficult.

Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff as it changes every year due to various factors.
