Yeah you have better chances to take ECE at vit vellore Campus because you came under slot 3 of phase 3 counselling so fairly you will get but if by luck  you can't able to take ECE at Vellore then surely you will get at Chennai campus.
And always try to take the branch at main campus only if possible.

At your rank it is too difficult to get admission in ECE branch in VIT VELLORE or CHENNAI campuses.But i can assure you that you can get ECE at VIT ap or BHOPAL campus as both of them are new and the cutoff is expected to be low.
