According to your VITEEE 2021 Rank you can only get Non-IT branches atleast in round 2 or round 3 based on previous year's cut-offs through category 4.

The cut-off vary from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category, etc. Th ey may vary from year to year. If you want you can try category 5 where you need to pay 2.5 Lakhs extra per year for better branch.
