At this rank, you will not get any government colleges but government college of engineering & textile technology, I think there has Lil bit chance but chances are veryless but if you have any character certificate, then should have good chances

According to Jadavpur university 2017 cut offs 3rd round counseling - 13823(sc rank)
But you can't get it easily, seats bohot Kam hein.. & counselling karne k vaqt thk se arrange karna parta hein. Varna nehein milta
